I rented from Metro in 2015-2017. I never had any issues. Cassie was always kind and professional. . My neighbors were all friendly, the grounds were kept nice. And I was able to get most of my deposit back upon leaving in 2017. I would recommend.

I just moved out of this place bc a person there has serious charges and they won’t kick him out and so many have show. Them he’s still there I am actually taking this to the news this week
I rented from Metro Plains back in 2017 I believe (I know, super late review) and I lived in Bluffs Edge. My apartment was beautiful and they had got my kids and I in right before Christmas. I had applied and then moved in very shortly after. I was so thankful and the whole process was so easy for us.
