My daughter is a very hard working person and tries to always do her best. She came to Metro Plains from out of State to be closer to me. She left a company that loved her dearly but when she came here it was a lot different. She noticed when she started that there were many jobs that were not filled and people were leaving, one of the persons leaving told her to watch her back because people will talk about you and stab you in the back. Worst experience renting of my life. Came into my apartment and took pictures of my kids intimidated me with hinting at cps. How about invasion of privacy. Evicted me and my two kids in the middle of winter lying saying I wasn't following stipulation but I had proof that I was. Not so *low income" as they advertise. July 2020 I had a spinal injury which lead to no work and with covid lost another client due to closing business during epidemic.. Worst place to live at run... I stay there for two years I had the Terry supervisor that ran the office come to my apartments on more than two occasions making accusations of smoking weed in my apartment ,even brought the police and both times the police officer looked at her like she was crazy and they even told me that I should file something against her because she was harassing me.. and my Moving Day I got wrote up the day I moved in because I was too loud they told me. which is ridiculous because who can move into an ap... read more
Metroplains Management is horrible to rent from, I've lived in my apartment for over 9 years, the Manager Kasey at Bismarck location knows my son is disabled a d told us if the loud running and stomping don't stop she will not renew my lease, a d told us to find another place to live because if she gets another complaint she will evict. I was born with a disability and use a wheelchair full time. Last summer I accidently fell out of my wheelchair and caused some damage to my apartment. Now almost a year later they sent me a bill and want me to pay for the damage. The only money I get is a small disability check. I don't own anything or have any assets so I really don't know how I am going to pay this bill.
