If there was a -10 star that is what they get. I have been in the apartment for 2 weeks and there so many issues and contacted the main office and nothing is done. I was told if I can get someone to do it I should ask them to do it for me. As you can tell from the pictures the whole place is disfunctional. Also it is a secure building, yet there is not combination, so if you forget the key you are out of luck. The key to the outside, works on certain doors only and they are too busy to fix any issue.

Rented for going on 8 years and have had positive experiences. Any issues are quickly taken care of and questions answered in a timly fashion. Rent is reasonable to area and space you are paying for.

Landlord is very rude! Never again will I rent from metroplains I've heard of places being money hungry but this place is pretty money hungry! Know what your getting yourself into before renting from them wasn't willing to talk to us always made excuses to get off from talking to us ripped us off of our money and was over charging us for rent... Good Luck!
