MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service. For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Uninterested, mindless idiots A company without a trace of integrity. I have been a MetroPCS customer for just under a year. I have purchased a number of handsets for two accounts. A recent purchase at franchise store in San Francisco operated by "City Radio Inc." included a Samsung Freeform II (sch-r360); a handset which MetroPCS sell with full knowledge that the model has a design flaw. The phone memory cannot be cleared. As a result, after about a month of mormal use, the phone is useless for anything other than voice cal... read more
HELLO, Hello, hello... Metro PCS has been a blessing to our family, we save over $100 a month on our cell phone bills! We do not leave the city very often but Metro just launched nation wide roaming so if you do go into an area outside of your coverage you can still make a phone call! I have always had a good experience with Metro and would recommend them!
