This woman added extra services without my permission and changed my plan. I didn't have Metroflex and she changed it for me. I called attention and they said that someone from the store changed it. I had Amazon Prime and she removed it.
The phones free for a reason. Glitch won't go away did nothing to it. Poor quality.
