The sales person was so good. He was so friendly
The sales man was so friendly. Good person
The guy was not a personable man AT ALL! He was extremely impatient, rude, and had no clue what he was doing. not to mention this is the FIRST time i've ever been to this particular Metro PCS store and it was actually open. the metro store by Walmart is awesome and i highly recommend that store. I will NEVER go back to this Metro Pcs store and i've told anyone i know that has metro pcs service what happened when i was at this store and advised them to not come to this store!!
Does no one know how to answer the phone? It’s insane that we have to drive up there just to ask a question!
I am having trouble getting anyone to answer the phone when I call up there. I don't want to drive all the way to the store to ask a simple question I have about adding a line and getting a tablet. Very disappointed with their phone service.
