I don't usually comment on these things, but after reading some of those "karans" whining and trying to degrade the girls that work there I have to say that they are as good If not better than the other business people in the area.

The young girl that works here was so rude to me yesterday . Said she couldn't help me , I lost my money and she wasnt going to keep repeating herself and if I was to come in to the store she would say the same thing to my face. I am reporting her to cooperate

The girl is rude and lied about having home internet in our area. Paid for service and modem and when went to return it she said only a manager can but wasn't there. Called the 800 number and they said manager always supposed to be there and not needed for return. When went back she said because we called 800 number refused to help at all and told us to leave

Amazing service, the lovely lady working helped my grandma with all of her needs… she was also very helpful and offered a great discount on her bill and a new phone. My grandma described it as an overall great customer service experience. She couldn’t remember the girls name but described her as short with shoulder length dark hair.
