Went to get help for elderly lady I help . Her old device was replaced with a desk type cell phone. . More simple for her to operate . The Latino Lady with the crazy hair is very very rude. Today 07/17/2025 at 11:04 am me and my husband went in store to swap a metro pcs SIM card (that we purchased from this store) into another phone that we also purchased from this store. Mrs. Hernandez is amazing and bilingual, extremely knowledgeable and a real specialist! Go to the Beal Parkway store and ask for her and know you will receive excellent customer service!
I went to switch to MetroPCS, and the employee repeatedly pushed accessories on me, despite my multiple refusals. She claimed they were included, but they weren’t. After selecting cash instead of card by mistake, the receipt showed I’d be charged for the accessories. Since she had already entered my account info, the only way to keep the phone was to pay for the accessories and then request a refund. It was a hassle that could’ve been avoided if she had respected my wishes.
