I came in for help resetting my iPhone since it’s my first one. The employee showed me once, but when I asked her to walk me through it again, she acted rushed and like she didn’t want to help. There were no other customers in the store, and I was told I was the first customer in 3 hours. I was polite, greeted everyone, and told her I appreciated the help. I just want to say that helping with the small things goes a long way.
These 2 girls did the best customer service I've ever had from metro. I will only be coming back to them. Thank you Tonya and Brittany
The customer service lady wasn't friendly And she wasn't helpful. She rush me out And went and sat in her car and finish Vaping, maybe she was having a bad day But she didn't want to be bothered.
