The customer service lady wasn't friendly And she wasn't helpful. She rush me out And went and sat in her car and finish Vaping, maybe she was having a bad day But she didn't want to be bothered.
There's a woman working in the metro store who is outstanding in her job! If you have a question or starting to hate your phone - she can fix it.

This location was great and so helpful! We had an issue with an iPhone my daughter purchased on Amazon and Franco ( I think) helped us figure it out. He took the time to make phone calls and get everything worked out so she could get it turned on. The lady at the other store down the road didn't even try, just told us there was nothing she could do. We were so grateful for his help and how fast he ended up being able to figure it out.
