Very rude when we walked in the door.
Mrs. Hernandez is amazing and bilingual, extremely knowledgeable and a real specialist! Go to the Beal Parkway store and ask for her and know you will receive excellent customer service!
I went to switch to MetroPCS, and the employee repeatedly pushed accessories on me, despite my multiple refusals. She claimed they were included, but they weren’t. After selecting cash instead of card by mistake, the receipt showed I’d be charged for the accessories. Since she had already entered my account info, the only way to keep the phone was to pay for the accessories and then request a refund. It was a hassle that could’ve been avoided if she had respected my wishes.
