This review is in regard to Metro as a provider, not this store imparticular. I strongly advise against Metro as a service provider. The customer service is non existent. I work from home and in the middle of my work day service went out. I called customer service for support and went through the process of trying to resolve the issue. They were unable to do so and advised me that they'd need to submit an IT ticket, which would take up to 72 hours. I came in for help resetting my iPhone since it’s my first one. The employee showed me once, but when I asked her to walk me through it again, she acted rushed and like she didn’t want to help. There were no other customers in the store, and I was told I was the first customer in 3 hours. I was polite, greeted everyone, and told her I appreciated the help. I just want to say that helping with the small things goes a long way.
These 2 girls did the best customer service I've ever had from metro. I will only be coming back to them. Thank you Tonya and Brittany
