This is the worst metro PCs I've ever been to why have immigrants working that don't try to understand English then hang up on you just because they don't understand you were in America maybe y'all should have more than one person in there that can help everyone ton top of that the metro PCs service sucks garbage juice soon as my plan over I'm switching services
I asked to pay for the phone in full so that I can switch operators anytime I want. The employee girl who didn't seem to know what she's doing called someone wasted a lot of time then did exactly the opposite of my request and gave me the phone for "free" which locked me with them for 180 days but charged $40 for a cheap plastic case and $40 for a screen protector and $130 for an Apple watch which she told me comes free with the phone.
