Horrible experience.
Good if it was still in town. They just closed down. I needed to switch providers. Closed without warning. Can't go to Yakima for phone service. Costs too much.
I am T-Mobile customer and wanted new iPhone SE. Guy on the phone seemed like I was an alien for asking. Said they were Metro not T-Mobile. Said no iPhones there. basically go away? Wow. Should not be representing T-Mobile.
Horrible experience.
