I have to say I have been to this store a few times and delt with some rude girls. Or they add things to my line I have to take off. But Kaif was amazing he was nice, even when I got frustrated. He truly is the star employee of this store. He literally saved my sanity. After having had months of dealing with a phone that was old cracked and starting to drive me crazy. Thank you Kaif for saving me so much money and time.

Very rude service apparently this girl was a manager but how could she be so rude when I was looking for help cause my phone was having issues Do not recommend this store at all

Ali was really helpful. He was able to answer all my questions as well as very quick to get all my needs taken care of. Great customer service. Definitely enjoy visiting this location over other locations I've visited before.

After having my phone service cut off for 2 weeks, I went in to this Metro to restore my phone plan and I specifically asked the new associate who was in training ( I only knew because he stated he was new and kept having to go ask co-worker {with glasses} step by step) I SPECIFICALLY asked for the date of my cycle be changed. I WAS REASSURED IT WAS CHANGED. but it wasn't. Now it will be a whole 2 weeks I go without a phone. SHAME ON Y'ALL. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go into the that store.
