If I could give this store zero stars I would. My father, who is a senior citizen was a customer of Metro- specifically this store. The employees have always been down right rude, talking over him, interrupting, and unethically trying to take advantage and make a sale off him. They treated him like he was dumb, and he certainly is not. The final straw was last week when he went in because he kept getting a low storage notice on his phone. Buen día hay algo que no me parece..si uno compra un teléfono en efectivo creo q tiene derecho de ponerle el chip que uno quiere se lo venden más caro le ponen seguro si compra un número nuevo a Webos quieren que uno ande ese número varios meses que pasa ? Por qué venden los teléfonos bloqueados si uno quiere meterle otro chip tiene que esperar varios meses yo estuve como un año que me mandaban de una tienda a otra llamaba y nadie me solucionaba nada están descontrolados
