My husband and I went to metro to have them help us set up our new phones. Store hours said they opened at 12 but there was no one there, and the store was closed. I honestly can't remember having a good experience at this store. We switched carriers!!
Had to change my review. Metro PCS stores are now franchisees, they changed it over year ago. You will be lied too, they do not understand what customer service is and do not care about the customers, at least the one in Enid. I like being on T-Mobiles service, and do not like contracts. That is the only reason I use metro. I tried optimum cables cell service because it is also on T-Mobile, was on that for a year and hated it. Went back to metro last year and got back on. had to replace a phone, a line and get a bunch of new stuff, Andy, who was there today, was courteous, respectful, patient, and explained things as needed in great detail, without dragging on too long, or overexplaining it. He helped me pick out the items, gave me great recommendations, I'm super satisfied!
I loved Metro. Their prices were very reasonable. Customer service has not been rude.
