The new owner and his employee should be replaced honestly I got charged for things I specifically said no to I didn't get a receipt even offered to me when I was asking questions every answer was no we don't have that when clearly they did was told couldn't bring my current number with me and when I asked why he said " no we don't do that" so I asked when that change he said when new owner took over I asked how often these rules change he said every month all I purchased that day was a new service plan I had my own phone fo... read more
I like is mostly. One employee acted like they didn't want to do anything extra step on activating a new phone, but everyone else has been great.
