Underrated
Will change rating if resolution is reached - waiting on district manager call back. Upgraded phone. Was told cost would be 230.00 but had to go through their new finance smart pay to get the discount. I had been told the phone was initially 600.00. They were giving me a discount on the screen protector and case (total of 42.00) and waiving some fee. I was told I had to pay a device fee of 20.00 and a down payment of the phone of 69.00.
