Mike has entered my account bypassing my passcodes... Added an extra phone and changed my information, I've called metropcs and been informed that it's a legal issue now. I will be contacting the lawyers and have already been in contact with the recorded line all morning they have the guys identity and they know your location, and yes you've missed the mark by letting your employees go around and bypass people's information and get free service off of someone else's account
Called twice and a rude man hung up when asked if they were hiring.
