the lady named emmitita was being very disrespectful and rude bad customer service I’m never going there again
Went in to carrier unlock a metro phone and the girl treated me rude and had no idea what she was doing. I asked her to check the imei # but she just kept saying it was a different carrier. Didn't even try to find a solution. Had to go to a different metro and there got helped right away.
They need to put an employee to work here that actually knows what they are doing
