Customer service was terrible. No effort made to address my issue because there was no commission attached to my request. The employee’s grasp on the English language was limited so perhaps he was unable to do better but I expected more from T-Mobile. Rep’s name was Noah, but had no name tag 🤨
Manager screwed us over and is mean to her employee. Phone service is great, just bad customer service from this store
