Pésimo servicio del joven fui por un teléfono y el mes siguiente acudí para que me quitara el seguro del teléfono para pagar $60 mensual y cuando llegó el mes de pago según debía pagar $85 dólares y llamé servicio al cliente y según que tenía que pagar esa cantidad porque en la tienda que avía ido la última vez me añadieron una tablet y la verdad ni idea de esa tablet como me lo añadieron porque no recibí por favor aver SI pueden cambiar a esa persona de ese local gracias

Great experience! They saw me and mom entering the store, my mom uses a walker and the gentleman opened the door and took the time to help us. Their customer service was superb!
I've been with this company for 11yrs now and I can never get anyone to answer the phone at this store.not sure why but it's not good customer service
