They don’t go out of there way to make sure that the customer is getting what they want!! Which should be #1 but isn’t. But he sure makes it a point to give him a good review. What a joke!! Customer is #1always!!! Very shady customer service. I was given a Samsung when I fist signed on. Then it breaks and I was wanting another Samsung and I expressed that and I was treated like I wasn’t worthy of getting another for whatever the reason shouldn’t matter I’m an existing customer.
