I'm seriously impressed with this guy, he informed me of my options and new company devices/plans/etc in an easily understandable way in a rapid fashion that I very much appreciate. Brother you're an absolute legend, thank you. Had been to 4 metro stores beforehand with no good help for what I needed.
Not very helpful: they didn't know anything about my problem and I was sent to make a phone call instead. I gave my credit card and I don't know who got it.
