The employees at the Boyd rd , Azle Tx lack customers service skills, knowledge of their positions, and knowledge of the business period!!!! We got Metro PCS Internet tower, on the weekend. Needless to say, the tower did not work at all!!!! We received messages on the tower, stating that the sim card was block, and unauthorized usage of SIM card. Very poor customer service- was asking for assistance to verify our phone we ordered had arrived- the clerk had no idea who to call and I was told there is no customer service number cause “we are a franchise” He the told me to go look it up online. I had to ask him several times to assist us in making a call when he decided to google a 800 and had me the phone - bottom line is that he said he had no one to call to be of help - “you are just going to have to google it” was his final answer. Why does this seem so wrong
