Opens late
I've been with Metro PCS for at least 20 years. That's what makes today's experience so disappointing. My husband (age 74), phone would not let him do anything. Crazy pop ups constantly. Couldn't make or receive calls or texts. Nothing. The rep at this location said phone could not be fixed, he'd have to buy a new one. I took phone to cell repair place. $25 phone is fixed. I'll never go back to metropcs in Azle again, they just want to sell phones, not help their long time customers.
Nearly 100% sure this store tried to scam me. Went in for the new iPhone 17 base which should be 799.99$ everywhere you go or another price ive seen is 829$. After sales guy at counter manually did stuff on a calculator he typed up the price in sales system he said i was required to pay 1100$! I said no way and quickly went back to the calculator saying he would take care of activation fees and some other stuff i couldnt really understand and it got about 80$ cheaper.
