One star because they don’t ever update their holiday hours and still shows as open even when they are closed.
The employees at the Boyd rd , Azle Tx lack customers service skills, knowledge of their positions, and knowledge of the business period!!!! We got Metro PCS Internet tower, on the weekend. Needless to say, the tower did not work at all!!!! We received messages on the tower, stating that the sim card was block, and unauthorized usage of SIM card.
