I did the supposedly promotional switch to Tmobile and upon checking with T mobile the phone was not free based on the information that I had been informed by the Metro Dealer .Everybody just tryna make money even if it means taking advantage of others..I even gave you my old internet modem and you said for recycling purposes..yeah right...Resale purposes..Stay away from the Tmobile promotional Switch....Frfr
My phone was glitching and was very slow. The store manager there helped me get Free Upgrade and transferred all my information from my old phone to new phone as I was the loyal customer. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Best phone and customer service in town.
I went so they can help me fix my phone and he stole my sim card I went back and he would not help me at all horrible service
Went to pay my bill today, and I qualified for free Samsung Tab just for $30 for being a loyal customer and the store manager hooked me up with free case for my new Tablet. Love their phone service and customer service. I only pay $70 for my tab and my phone line everything unlimited
Just got a new phone from here. Awesome price and fast service. I'm very happy with phone service
