My service is down due to something wrong with the main line. Metronet has lied to me constantly about fixing the issue. All boxes and terminals near me are dead. Every time I speak with them I receive a different story. Last time they told me a tech was at the terminal doing repairs and it would be live soon. However, they likely didn’t realize I can see all terminals from where I am. It was a clear lie. Service remains down. I had problems with billing and Ignacio in customer care was amazingly good. He stayed on a 50 minute phone call and fixed the problem. I hope supervisors in Metronet customers service department will recognize him for his outstanding service!!!!
Metronet just bought Vexus in Louisiana and they are horrible. I lost service with Vexus maybe once. Now since Metronet took over we are constantly losing service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT SIGN UP WITH METRONET!!
Can I give a negative rating!! Tore up my yard 'burying' cables, not even an inch into the ground. Tore up my rock wall and used stones to bury cable. Spotty connectivity, at best, in only 2 rooms. The rest of the house, no access. ON HOLD 1 1/2 hours to cancel. Rep tried negotiating with me about canceling. After being told no at least 5 times he put me on hold AGAIN! Told me he was emailing a label to return equipment, hung up on me and I never received the email. The only way to stop charges and cancel is to return equipm... read more
