This is the service they actually provide. During peak hours 8pm to 11pm. This is with 2 gig service, there should be some sort of lawsuit against them for false advertising. if there was an option to rank less than one star i would. The issue is my PON is oversaturated with customers, you try and call and over an hour wait time. oversold and under delivered by a wide margin.
Internet is absolute trash
I thought metronet was going to be better than optimum. I was wrong.
One of the better customer service providers I've worked with (in-and-out of telecom). Got 2.4gb Tx hits with my own configs, definitely needed for home surveillance! Thank you!
They had people out garbage flags to mark the gas lines on our property mid November. Just in time to make our home in our entire neighborhood look trashy for the holidays. He Metronet your garbage flags are still in our yard and nobody's done any work on our block. We're not customers and we won't be but we need you to come get your freaking trash.
