Putting a sign outside of my building that states “Metronet Sucks”, here’s why: I switched to Metronet due to cost, that was in December 2025 since then I’ve lost phone service at my office at least 30 times, Internet at least two full days. I’ve had service guys at my building at least 8 to 10 times. Then, they wanted to blame my phones. UPDATED. After a long phone call months ago, I was told the balance on my account would be sent to me in the form of a check. But I still get a bill every month that shows a dwindling balance DESPITE not having an active account with them them This seems CRIMINAL. decent service provider. But it's way too hard to cancel service. Been on the phone for 15 minutes because they don't allow you to to it on the website. Does not show a lot of respect for customers.
This is the service they actually provide. During peak hours 8pm to 11pm. This is with 2 gig service, there should be some sort of lawsuit against them for false advertising. if there was an option to rank less than one star i would. The issue is my PON is oversaturated with customers, you try and call and over an hour wait time. oversold and under delivered by a wide margin.
Internet is absolute trash
I thought metronet was going to be better than optimum. I was wrong.
