Excellent service! I've been using MetroMed Bartlett for a little over a year. Everyone is kind and helpful. Gloria is knowledgeable and very personable. She explains things thoroughly always takes time to answer my questions. I've recommended this place to multiple people.
Gloria and her staff are phenomenal! I was using another provider for my HRT and thyroid condition. I wish I had found Gloria and her team a long time ago. She truly cares about her patience, takes the time with them, and doesn’t push products on you. She has a text messaging service set up where it’s easy to get a hold of her or her stuff who have all been wonderful to work with.
I was impressed with how thorough Gloria was at my Initial consult. She listened to my concerns and explains causes and treatment in detail. I have hope and look forward to improvement. Likewise her staff is very thorough and friendly.
