Got the job done but with significant errors and lots of scratches on face materials I have placed several orders recently and the distinct lack of communication and service is most apparent. Was emailed and phoned to advise that materials ready to collect. After a 3 hour drive to collect orders I was told that they in fact weren't ready to collect. 3 phone calls later, 1 visit to the store where the lady was so rude I was told I needed to send an email detailing what I wanted/needed just to get a quote. I sent the email which had gone unanswered for 2 weeks so I rang to check to see if they had received it which they had, I was told they would get onto it straight away and a week later still no answer. It's such a shame because I've dealt with them twice before and had no issues. I've recommended them to all my family and friends but definitely won't be anymore
