After waiting 5 days for 10 meters of guttering we were told it will be ready Tuesday then to be told it won’t be ready until Thursday isn’t good enough, we will take our business elsewhere, thanks for the delay I would highly recommend to avoid this business there’s a reason they sit on 3 stars.
I cant believe that I just heard them run a radio add. I rang them 4 times, emailed drawings, soil test etc. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, come out and have a look and give me a quote. NEVER heard from them again. Shed is now built by another company. Dunnrite clearly don't want the work. What a waste of time.
Couldn’t be bothered wasting more of my time and money with these guys. So I’ll keep it simple. Save your time, money and go elsewhere. You don’t need Metrol’s incompetence, rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism.
Bloody hopeless and costly, dont waste your time with them
