I was so concerned about my bone & tissue graft that I cancelled and rescheduled twice. The experience was seamless, the medical personnel were just delightful and comforting, and Dr. Ficca is extremely competent. An A++ practice!
My daughter had a surgery here with Dr. Hall. From beginning to end the office was very professional, organized, clean and kind. Communication on appointments was clear as well as after surgery instructions. Dr. Hall was super kind to my daughter and very patient. He kept us well informed, answered our questions with patience and was very caring. We had gotten a few other opinions prior to selecting this office and it was extremely clear that this office was the right choice! Would definitely recommend!
