Dr Mandell is the best doctor that I’ve ever seen. He seemed genuine and really listened to me and was very thorough. I felt heard by him when other doctors had brushed me off. If you are looking for an extremely competent and caring physician, he’s your guy!
My husband has been seeing Ben the PA, at the Indian Land location... he is wonderful! Takes all the time you need, shows how to take new medicine and gives good advice oh, and did I say, he is very through! Sad he is going to be in Rock Hill after October... but, my husband will continue to see him there.
Doctor had a 9:30 appointment and he isn’t even here yet. The staff did not tell anyone he was running late till someone asked about his appointment time. It’s 10:00am
