Great staff. Lab and front staff.
I have contacted medical records multiple times since April to send over records to two different offices. The office that is the recipient of those records continue to say they haven’t received them. I have an issue on both ends and I’m addressing them individually, but that is completely unacceptable to not follow through on your job. You send them, you make sure they receive them.
