I have a microwave-baking oven combo that sits in a wall. The microwave’s door latch switch that controls the l turntable spinning, and the door opening properly and also even the microwave running was glitching. I called Metrolina appliance repair services. Mike M did a fabulous job. Our microwave is working again, and we couldn’t be happier! The front desk scheduler she is very personable and knowledgeable, also. Metrolina has a terrific team. I highly recommend them !!

Just called for a service repair on my dishwasher. The (super nice and friendly) lady that answered the phone said are you sure that the wall switch didn’t get turned off? I didn’t even realize there was a wall switch! So I checked and, sure enough, someone had turned it off. Saved myself a service call cost. That’s great customer service! I will definitely use them when I have another appliance issue!!
