I scheduled with Alina a touch up session (laser hair removal) about a month ago for today 4/15 at 5 pm. I arrived in front of MetroLaser and she wasn’t there. The space seems to have been rented to a new tenant. I tried multiple times to call her and texted her as the service was paid and she never responded.
I absolutely love MetroLaser NYC! The salon is always clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are professional, friendly, and really care about their clients. I've been coming here for my hair coloring and cosmetic treatments, and every time the results are amazing. They use high-quality products, and I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and great results!

I’m absolutely thrilled with this salon! First, they colored my front strands — the shade came out perfect, with flawless quality. Then they washed my hair using the best professional products, leaving it soft and silky.
