In 2011 as a passenger was in a serious accident and Meto campus saved my live,since then I raved about them. Went to Parma for muscle spasms in the shoulder that was debilitating, sleeping only 2 hour a night at best. The emergency room had 2 people spend 5 min With me came back and said (Ok take these and sent me on my way, bairly even look at sholder. aweful experience. the doctor was okay but stretched so thin taking every ER pt had no time for me. my nurse was SO RUDE from the very start. cold, no empathy, compassion, and made me feel uncomfortable. no one would check on me and the nurse was very monotone and didn’t care at all. before i was even properly discharged she told me you need to leave we need this room for someone else. there was just me and one other pt in the back and one person in the lobby. seemed like she just wanted me to leave. honestly traumatized and... read more
