Took over a year to get in, then when you come at your scheduled time they tell you it'll be a little bit because the doctors haven't bothered to show up on time, kinda like the front desk getting here at 8 when the first appointment time is 8, very unprofessional place in my opinion.
Tbh I don’t think they give a shit any yall bc I been on call for two hours no one’s picked up they rlly don’t care abt us yall and yall say their great tell them not to make me wait two hours
Stacy at the front desk takes care of everything fast and she is kind she makes your first impression of the experience at metro a good one
Resident Dr. Shaun, I believe his name is, younger guy funny easy going and his assistant Sara made my experience so pleasant. I went to get my wisdom tooth pulled and I was terrified! He was gentle and explanatory, he put on music and joked during the procedure. When he was done I was shocked because I was expecting it to take longer and hurt more. Thank you for finally making me trust dentists again!! I rate him 10/10 definitely recommend!!! Not too bad on the eyes either ladies 🤣
This place is horrible. Scheduling staff is the worst I ever seen. Drove two hours just for them to reschedule me the day before and I did not know because they left a voicemail. Then I come to my rescheduled appointment now they don’t take my insurance when I confirmed this twice with them over the phone and in person. I drove two hours !!!!
