My son had a stroke and was sent to metroheath old Brooklyn, he was on the stroke floor. Therapy was excellent, nursing was horrible, they did not know how to treat a young patient that had a stroke. It was the worst experience and my son was in fear of his life especially with night shift, they knew nothing about care and compassion and they definitely had bad attitudes, especially if they had to answer the phone. I was transferred from the Main Campus of Metro Hospital to the Metro Medical Center, where I was in the head trauma unit and everyone from the staff nurses to the therapy workers. Everything there was absolutely amazing. I would recommend anybody to go to that facility and also the Main Campus they have the absolute best doctors with expertise for any Situation.
