The staff were very nice/friendly, however the service I received when it came to communication of results for a test, a surprise bill, and attempting to get into communication with someone unfortunately leaves much to be desired. My attempt to get lab results from over a month ago has only been met with an extensive runaround, and an expensive surprise cost that wasn’t communicated prior. Clear and cut transparency along with adequate responsiveness shouldn’t be too much from a healthcare provider.
