Amazing from beginning to end! Caring staff who genuinely care.
Dr Sam is personable, and somewhat helpful. My lab results was great so I called and said I did not have to keep my appt as instructed by Dr Sam. I now have no appt to return which I always got at the end of a visit. So many staff changes, which I find disconcerting. I am a former Dr Hensgen patient and received amazing attention and concern. I do wish to stay with Sam, but disappointed in an overall lack of concern.
The staff at Metro Health in Ormond are cheerful and efficient . Dr Prichette is the best doctor I have ever had. She is easy to talk to and she listens. She is also very knowledgable.
I have no complaint for Dr. Pritchett or front desk staff. I have spells where I shake...get sweaty..lay down and pass out for two to three hours..it's been six months..nothing done. I've been short of breath..and tired and had three MRIs. No explanation. On one visit I was told I have blood in my urine. After the three MRId that was no longer addressed. I wanted to give plasma but at my age I had to have the doctor fill out paper work approving this. One of the Nurse Practitioner out that I have PVD No one knows where that ... read more
