Here’s the thing. The practitioners here are amazing. They are wonderful with my elder mother, and they really look out for her. But they are super behind on technology, so if you need a form or something like that, you have to get off work to drive to their office and pick it up. They refuse to use mail or email, citing that they don’t know how.And they keep you waiting for weeks for a single form. So administratively, there are weaknesses.
