Don't Make this Mistake...They don't use mail or email they're using a really old style system and it's More like a Guessing game but (They Guess) Not right for me too many phone calls asking me to come back the same day i was there for an Appointment. But Got New Dr. Using Modern Tech. Televisit, Fax, Email etc. I'm Happy... The People at the front desk are Polite kind and Smart with Appointments. Thank You

This office is scamming the insurance companies. I was looking over my medical claims and noticed this office had submitted 2 medical claims for 2 different visits one on 3/30/2026 and one on 5/1/2026 and I'm not even a patient there. I've been with a new primary doctor since March 2024. I tried calling Metro Health and all I got was the round-a- round, the billing person was never available, either she was on vacation or she had stepped out of the office, I even left my phone number with the front desk to have the billing p... read more
