Karen is one of the most friendly receptionist I think I have ever had. I enjoy seeing her every time I come. Dr. Watts is very soft spoken. He always answers my questions and goes beyond to make sure I am okay by running test to make sure. The nurse that works with Dr. Watts has a great personality and I enjoy talking with her. She always greats you with a smile. My only drawback is I don’t believe a nurse practitioner's visit price should be the same as a doctor’s. Best Doctor around and the staff is amazing
My wife and I were transferred to MetroHealth because our primary doctor stopped taking our insurance. We decided to go ahead and try using MetroHealth but just about everything was a disaster for myself and my wife. Everyone at this facility were very pleasant to deal with but we could not overlook all the problems we experienced. When we looked at the reviews most were very high but most just mentioned all the programs offered which they do offer many but the quality of care was just not there. The front desk employee Karen Is very disrespectful and sarcastic and it’s not a professional person to be one working at the front desk or answering phones. Every time I call to make an appointment or to get refills on my medication, she never passes the message on to the nurse or to the doctor. I always have to call numerous times which isn’t fair to me.
Excellent service, great environment, and friendly staff. 10 of 10.
