I preface this by saying I am a MetroHealth baby. I say that to say this, I know what I’m getting into when choosing MetroHealth for anything medical. The team at this Metro dentistry location is well run, I don’t wait too long and never am I given any trouble (nor do I give it). I’m really disappointed with this place. They took over $3,000 from me to fix my teeth, and after a whole year, they still haven’t done the work they promised. Every time I called or came in, they kept giving me excuses and fake hope, saying “your tooth is on the way” or “we’ll schedule you soon.” It’s been nothing but delays and lies. They kept rescheduling and never finished even one missing tooth for me. Please be careful before trusting them with your money — they do not keep their word and are very unorganized. Okay, as far as staff goes they are very friendly. I know this is out of their hands. I called on March 12th to schedule an appointment for my son who has Cerebral Palsy. We get there for our appt. Sept 26th. Is at 1pm. Waited 1 hour after to be called back yes after 2pm we were taken back. (Yes took us 6 months for an appointment.) My son goes in the O.R. to be put out for cleaning. They never even looked at my son's mouth I was asked for my phone number and name. I was told he will have to go on another wait list which cou... read more
Not wanting to assist with patient care questions or needs I was turned away asking for information regarding up and coming appointments at another location like they were out of toner for the copier No they simply didn't want to assist me with the issue
