Had an appointment to deal with a object that was imbedded in my foot. Thought I would see a doctor but was seen by a nurse practitioner. No issue with that given the minor nature of the issue. Unfortunately, things went downhill quite quickly. The issue was misdiagnosed and when I indicated I didn't think she was correct I was told that my attitude was not appreciated and that I should cease interrupting her. My family has been coming to dr Lim since moving to Canada in 1997 and I have never dealt with the kind of rudeness and unprofessionalism from the nursing stuff, sounds like a bunch of entitled brats when talking on the phone. Cut people off none stop and the attitude is unbelievable. It may be too late for my retired parents to change family doctors, but for myself, I would rather die than to step into that office ever again.

The rudest receptionist you will ever encounter is here. They have absolutely no people skills. I was belittled over the phone when I was trying to get help in accessing their new system. I asked a few questions and they were very short with me.
