Dr Nguyen is the our Doctor he is very humble listen and helpful doctor very polite and professional me and my family dealt with him over 24 years there were one more very good doctor before him Dr Robert beldeli both doctors are very good doctors,I did had an issue with the front stuff I agree they aren’t friendly people. Had an appointment to deal with a object that was imbedded in my foot. Thought I would see a doctor but was seen by a nurse practitioner. No issue with that given the minor nature of the issue. Unfortunately, things went downhill quite quickly. The issue was misdiagnosed and when I indicated I didn't think she was correct I was told that my attitude was not appreciated and that I should cease interrupting her. I thought we were having a discussion about the issue and not interrupting. I left feeling disrespected and insulted... read more
My family has been coming to dr Lim since moving to Canada in 1997 and I have never dealt with the kind of rudeness and unprofessionalism from the nursing stuff, sounds like a bunch of entitled brats when talking on the phone. Cut people off none stop and the attitude is unbelievable. It may be too late for my retired parents to change family doctors, but for myself, I would rather die than to step into that office ever again.
