I don't know why this place has such low reviews. It's the best Dr I've been to for a long time! Reception is super friendly (and busy!), but when they get to know who you are they always say hello. Same with the nurse. Dr Yip is amazing and we share the same sense of humour. He listens and is very thorough - ordering tests etc. I recommend this place to everyone, and even my parents have started going.
Our family have been going here for 20 years. Great service and yes occassional wait but they are serving the whole community from babies to aged care and good care takes time. We are so lucky to have this service so close to home. Thank you to all Metro GP staff.

Sorry, I can’t give you guys any star if I can. No communication whatsoever. Doc overrun all his appointment. Receptionist just sit there not letting us know there may be a delay. Didn’t even let us know there’s no nurses available. In the end waited for 1hr 10mins for a vaccination of less than 2mins.
Been here a few times. Expect to wait even if you come on time. You’re going to wait at least 30 minutes minimum.
