The environment is unlike any other gym I've been to. It's a weightlifter's dream plus the owner is awesome. I would love to continue going to this gym but unfortunately my family and I are moving across the country. I highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter your gym/fitness experience

Metroflex is the best gym around. I love the environment! I love the old school weights! I love the that it's not a main stream and owned by one person. The owner is awesome! I love how everyone in the gym motivates and pushed each other and has each other's back! Love everything about this gym! I highly recommend this gym to everyone and anyone who has any any fitness goals! Have a variety of attachments! Best gym around! Its worth it all around!
