My favorite gym for sure! 💪
Metroflex is the best gym around. I love the environment! I love the old school weights! I love the that it's not a main stream and owned by one person. The owner is awesome! I love how everyone in the gym motivates and pushed each other and has each other's back! Love everything about this gym! I highly recommend this gym to everyone and anyone who has any any fitness goals! Have a variety of attachments! Best gym around! Its worth it all around!
If you're looking for a gym where you can use chalk, be motivated by others more swole than you, and use unique machines, this is the place for you! I enjoyed my time here. Currently switching to a gym closer to home to save on driving. Can get busy, but plenty of equipment to where you are not waiting on anything. The cleaning of the gym could use some more attention + there is limited cardio equipment (1 treadmill, 2 human powered treadmills, 3 stairmasters, 2 bikes).
