My favorite gym around Ruston! Richard was very helpful helping me put a plan together for my goals.
I worked out here while I was in college it was a good gym, I enjoyed my time there. I cancelled my membership when I graduated from tech and moved in June 2025 to a different city. They had an issue with their system where I was charged for some time after cancelling, but after discussing with the owner and staff I was able to get the money back and they helped resolve the issue. Very nice team who runs the place.
Amazing gym, every piece of equipment you will ever need, amazing vibes, great music. Best community I have ever found at a gym!

The owners are the coolest most down to earth people I have ever met in my life. Best place to workout 10/10
