Amazing gym great staff at the front
Metroflex gym is very old-school and has a great training environment. The variety of equipment is perfect if you’re a bodybuilder or just a lifter. They have a nice outdoor area that I enjoy using, a good posing room and you never have to fight over equipment. The people are friendly, but the only downside is in the summer there is no AC so it does get HAWT. :)
might be one of the worst gyms ive been to. doesnt disclose any information and when you buy a guest pass it doesn't even work. not to mention who owns the miramar location. terrible place to work out
Very enjoyable environment, everyone here is so welcoming. If you are looking for old school Bodybuilding vibes, this is the place!
Very fun and enjoyable gym with the lady at the front was very helpful explaining the rules of the gym. Definitely a great gym if you want an old rustic bodybuilding vibe
