Metroflex has awesome old school bodybuilding atmosphere. Owner takes great care of the machines and is always improving things. Staff and trainers are friendly and helpful; especially Robin!
Very clean with everything you need for a good lift. Robin was very helpful!
My French boyfriend went to train at a Metroflex gym during his trip to Texas. He was very happy, so I bought him one of their Stay Hard Core t-shirt for Christmas. I never received it; it's been over two months, and they don't reply to my emails or know where my order is. I'm very disappointed. I advise you against ordering their products. Their customer service is terrible. It is a waste of money nothing more. Any repay any t-shirts
Great environment to push your work out to the next level. Nice and helpful staff, equipments are clean and gritty for your hardcore use. Metal dumbbells and plates which is my favorite thing about this place. Will be getting a membership soon.
Great staff equipment is all high quality and the gym is almost never crowded and 24 hours great if you’re working late
