Overall a good gym with some unique pieces of equipment. I don’t mind no A/C but at least keep the water filters changed. The cardio equipment is sparse, but that’s not the focus here. The rower and the stationary cycle screens don’t work. A couple of the treadmills stutter at high speeds, tweaked my knee on one when it did this and complained about it. It still does it. Look, I love Metroflex, it's a great gym with lots of great people. The music is way too loud. The Staff is fantastic. Love working out there. But, why does the music have to be on max. We all have our own music pumping in our ears your music selection and volume is drowning us out. Maybe we don't like your music! That's why we all have ear buds. Please turn the music down. I’ve been coming to Metroflex for a little over a month and a half and all I can say is, it’s AMAZING! I first thought this gym was designed for bodybuilders or heavy lifters, but instead it is a space dedicated to those who want to create or improve a lifestyle of health, dedication, determination and discipline no matter your age, size, gender, sexuality and fitness abilities. You will never find a better gym. Red light sauna, posing room, every needed machine, outdoor area full of every power lifting, strong man stones, real metal plates, equipment that you will find nowhere else. Staff rocks, owner actually cares about every single member. Clean, safe, great location. There is a reason why Mom’s, Dad’s, teens, Pro-Athletes, Celebrities, Pro Bodybuilders, Grandma’s and Grandpa’s come here. It’s the real deal.
