Look, I love Metroflex, it's a great gym with lots of great people. The music is way too loud. The Staff is fantastic. Love working out there. But, why does the music have to be on max. I’ve been coming to Metroflex for a little over a month and a half and all I can say is, it’s AMAZING! I first thought this gym was designed for bodybuilders or heavy lifters, but instead it is a space dedicated to those who want to create or improve a lifestyle of health, dedication, determination and discipline no matter your age, size, gender, sexuality and fitness abilities. You will never find a better gym. Red light sauna, posing room, every needed machine, outdoor area full of every power lifting, strong man stones, real metal plates, equipment that you will find nowhere else. Staff rocks, owner actually cares about every single member. Clean, safe, great location. There is a reason why Mom’s, Dad’s, teens, Pro-Athletes, Celebrities, Pro Bodybuilders, Grandma’s and Grandpa’s come here. It’s the real deal. I recently started training under the guidance of Athalie. She listens very well to your needs and goals and finds exercises to accomplish them. A very sweet, modest and gentle person who is very knowledgeable and passionate about connecting with you as a person. I highly recommend her for a thoughtful and tailored workout.
