I recently started training under the guidance of Athalie. She listens very well to your needs and goals and finds exercises to accomplish them. A very sweet, modest and gentle person who is very knowledgeable and passionate about connecting with you as a person. I highly recommend her for a thoughtful and tailored workout.
I love this place. It’s a great environment that fosters growth if you’re looking to get strong and pursue your goals. I’ve been a member for two years and I love being here every time. I’ve even started to bring my younger brother here to get him stronger and more confident in himself! Bryan G hooked him up with some merch for fun! Great place to be at
