Gym is not very clean, staff is not attentive or friendly
Metroflex will try to sell you on a safe and inclusive environment. This has possibly been one of the worst gyms in the span of a year, I can say has lost its ability to treat members with respect. This comes from many past members as well. This business overall and trainers can be far from friendly but it seems they are ok with presenting themselves that way. There are many gyms in the area making vast improvements. Stay sane and find another gym. Not worth it. Best to stay away and stay safe.
If anyone is looking for a traditional gym this is the gym to be at! Super clean, great environment, a lot of traditional gym equipment and amazing staff. Gym is perfect for anyone and everyone.
