Proper hardcore gym supportive of all — both beginners and professionals. The equipment can’t be beat. Some of the best Icarian machines (like the vertical chest press which feels amazing and rare to come by now), DBs up to 200s.. everything is smooth and feels great. You don’t get the huge crowds hogging equipment or people setting up tripods to film here. Just people putting in the work and ran by a great owner, Rollie.

Proper hardcore gym supportive of all — both beginners and professionals. No hidden fees, initiation fees, or other BS commercial chain gyms sneak in. The equipment can’t be beat. Some of the best Icarian machines (like the vertical chest press which feels amazing and rare to come by now), DBs up to 200s.. everything is smooth and feels great. Great gym great workout! I finally got back up here after 14 months to do another workout and it was another great one! Love this place! A must if you're in the Minneapolis area!
