Very welcoming great vibe all around.
Used to come here a lot until they got bought out and raised their prices, machines do need some maintenance and attachments too. Really loved what they had but after they switched owners and their attention switched felt like they really didn’t care too much for the gym just wanted to get more money
Haven't been in awhile! But good place, solid equipment, serious training! . Shout out to BIG HOMIE UP N RUNNING!!$$$. SHOUT OUT TO LAURA IF SHES STILL HOLDING IT DOWN. LIke I said been about 7-8 months since I been in to gym... but I love it there!!! All love no hate!!!
One of my favorite spots to work out in Fargo. 🏋️♀️ I've been a client for almost seven years. I adore John, the owner, and the staff. They made everything very easy for me coming from overseas and always make me feel welcome. There are a lot of gyms in the Fargo, Moorhead area, but this one in particular has a unique taste. By that I mean, you can work out and be yourself because there are no rules, weight limits, or lunk alarms—just you and the weights.
Overall a pretty good gym and environment. The staff is super friendly and respectifull. Only downside is all the back machines are breaking,lose, and or ripped apart. Need to upgrade the back machines most of them suck and also fix all the cables all them suck.
