Outstanding facility. Great staff, great atmosphere. Members all chat it’s just a positive experience. Old school gym with great equipment. Pure bodybuilding gym love training here.
As soon as I entered the venue I was greeted with a bad smell , went away after a few minutes. They use old equipment from other shut down gyms (Fit N Fast). The dumbell area uses the old mats from Fit N Fast as well. They cheaped out on equipment for sure. Plates disorganised everywhere, different brands and weights all stacked together. I thought this was MetroFlex Gym, not Fit n Fast. It does give the old school vibe as intended, sub par gym.
Honestly this is the best gym. In terms of the variation of equipment available, the specific machines and the friendly atmosphere. The attendees here, their work ethic and motivation is motivating in itself. It's a friendly environment because the type of dedication required to be at the level people are who train here; thins out the herd people you would otherwise find at a commercial chain of gyms. I'd recommend Metroflex to anyone who wants to train hard👍
