A mainstay within the bodybuilding/ fitness community! Amazing amenities (cold plunge, red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber! Also, a kitchen where handmade healthy and delicious food amd protein shakes are available) Great old school environment that welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels!
Today I heard how the owner of the place by name Bella- Metro flex humiliated a lady always has an unpleasant attitude her husband quite the opposite! What do you mean it doesn't match your energy! I won't go to your gym anymore, it's canceled
