Horrible, customer service and I am shocked at the level of incompetence
I went here like 15 years ago. Sad to see in the reviews that they are still ripping people off with the monthly bill. They might have done some illegal stuff back then, allow me to explain. My first membership there I was paying with my mom's card because I was a teenager but stopped going because it was too far by bus. Came back a year later when I had a car and a job and opened another membership this time with my own card.
