The gym is beautiful because of its old school set up but the hospitality is the best part. If you want to look like some of the greats bettering themselves in the gym(like Arnold, Lou Ferrigno, Dwayne Johnson, ETC.) this is the place to go. Plus the owner shea is awesome and approachable if you have questions or concerns
Great experience with oxygen chamber. Shea is great.
I went for a massage. I told Melanie my symptoms and she knew exactly which areas needed attention. My body felt much better. I highly recommend her.
