I used the hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help surgical recovery at Metroflex and can't say how good an experience it was. Shea and John were both very friendly and professional throughout my time with them. The sessions were easy to schedule and the atmopshere was pleasant. Unlike full medical hbot, you can use your phone and minor electronics in the tents. The fact that I got an hour of dedicated reading time a few days a week while doing the therapy was a bonus. Stopped by today with my buddy, and I absolutely loved the rusty old school vide. Reminded me of my gym days in Iraq. If you don't like old school rusty gyms, you probably belong at the gym where they have all that pretty purple equipment.

I have been going to this gym for awhile, and overall I love it. I love the heart of it and the intentions. The staff and owner are great and cool people, always will to work with you and and notice you. The equipment and everything there is hardcore, you will no doubt get an amazing lift when you go here. I recommend it to anyone and everyone I talk to.

I like to update my reviews periodically. I've always liked metroflex. I've been a member for maybe 7 or 8 years. I've been to nearly every other gym in Wilco. Metroflex is different. They're a bit rough at first glance, but if you see past the tape and dust, you'll find a gem. The music is good, the machines work, they have older equipment (which I much prefer over fancy panata stuff) and some equipment you just won't find anywhere else.
