We have been using Metrocool to service our heating and cooling for years. We have had only wonderful customer service from the office staff who are professional and kind and always aware of our job to the staff who attend our home who are always respectful and communicate all aspects of the task required . We have had annual services, replacement parts for existing services and just recently had to replace splits in our home. Would not recommend using their services. They lack knowledge in an area that’s meant to be their field of expertise. Ended pay paying thousands for new parts and repairs just for them to say I needed new air cons.
I have been dealing with your company for sometime for different heating and cooling options and repairs and never have I come across such a rude person as Megan in your business department. Her tone manner on the phone is not professional I do not believe she a professional bone in her body which is a down fall to your business. Excellent customer service from the service Team. They were happy to help and answer any of my questions. Highly recommend MetroCool to everyone, the girls were great!
Really impressed with the customer service from the team at MetroCool. They were friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend them, the staff were fantastic!
