Heater is less than 12 months old. Did not start up after Power blackout. Call Metrocool to have this looked at. Had to ring and beg them to attend as there was no heating in my house for 2 weeks when this was 1 degree overnight. Service Tech arrived fixed Heater and stated No Charge. Next day I received an invoice for $275. I then contacted accounts and stated I would not be paying as Heater was under warranty. Accounts stated that Power blackout is not covered. Heater doesn’t work, they attend tell me there’s a gas leak and now it’s working. Don’t use the heater for two weeks, heater still not working Paid 275 for the first visit, then charged another 350 when they have to return as it’s still not working. Paying over $600 to not have a fixed heater They don’t even try to negotiate just charge full After using these guys for installation of many devices, I won’t be back
Great service! The guys were here when the said they would be, they explained what needed to be done and got it done quickly and cleaned up afterwards
