The service boys are great. Office staff have zero interest in providing assistance. Emails are ignored. Phone calls are not returned. Very very disappointing. A ratty street cat would give you more attention.
They wanted $275 for call out and first half hour. They wasted the first 20 minutes by sending in a trainee who I thought was a professional but it turned out the refrigeration mechanic was in the car. The mechanic eventually came in and after a while went outside to talk on the phone when I asked him to start work on the other fridge he was rude to me and left because I asked him to get off the phone. I highly recommend MetroCool as a company for the supply and installation of split systems. They did a wonderful job on the installation, as well as providing an electrician to complete works which were required for compliance.
